Flavia sent us this email on the 19th November 2025 and confirmed that she would be happy for us to share.

“I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the support you provided during one of the most difficult periods of my life. When I was illegally evicted and facing uncertainty, your team stepped in with kindness, understanding, and efficiency. You kept my belongings safe at a time when I felt incredibly vulnerable, and thanks to your help, I didn’t lose everything I owned.

I am especially grateful for the care you took in storing my items and for arranging their safe delivery to my new address once I was able to get back on my feet. Your service goes far beyond logistics, you gave me peace of mind and dignity when I needed it most.

Thank you for the incredible work you do for people going through hardship. Your compassion and commitment make a real difference, and I am truly thankful to have been supported by your organization.
